Open Question: property damage in car accident?

I stay in kentucky state. Some old person literally drove into my apartment, breaking the windows, taking down the wall, damaging my furniture, TV and other personal items. I'm trying to get property damage claim from driver's (who crashed his car into my apt) insurance company. But insurance ppl told me they would pay depreciated value for my furniture and personal belongings. How can I win with stubborn adjusters?... Read More »
